In this 2-hour wellbeing retreat designed to help you deepen your bodily awareness, ignite your imagination, and cultivate your creativity, you will encounter a blend of techniques such as:
authentic movement
release work
breath work
soft fireworks (a gentle and sensorial series of movement exercises to deepen somatic awareness)
and
embodied marking/ writing/ drawing (through self-reflection prompts)
At the end of the session, you will find yourselves creating your own unique composition of expression.
